1General

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using Banananana ("the Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2Service Description

This Service is an AI-powered image generation service using Google Gemini.

  • AI generates images based on prompts (text instructions) you provide
  • Generate multiple images in parallel for efficient exploration of variations
  • Image generation requires "Banana Coins"

3Account

3.1 Registration

Using the Service requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.

3.2 Account Management

You are responsible for managing your account appropriately. The operator is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4Banana Coins

4.1 Obtaining Coins

  • 4 free coins are granted daily (resets at midnight JST)
  • Additional coins can be purchased with credit card

4.2 Coin Consumption

  • Flash model: 1 image = 1 coin
  • Pro model: 1 image = 4 coins

4.3 Refunds

Purchased Banana Coins are non-refundable for any reason. Due to the nature of digital goods, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after purchase.

4.4 Expiration

Purchased Banana Coins do not expire. However, free coins are only valid on the day they are granted.

5Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Generating images that violate laws or public morals
  • Generating images that infringe on third-party rights (copyright, portrait rights, etc.)
  • Generating images related to child pornography or sexual abuse
  • Generating images that promote violence, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or other security breaches
  • Mass requests using automated tools or bots
  • Selling, transferring, or sharing accounts
  • Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the operator

6Rights to Generated Images

6.1 Copyright

The attribution of copyright for images generated by the Service is subject to applicable laws and the Google Gemini API Terms of Service.

6.2 License

You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes. However, use that constitutes a prohibited activity is not permitted.

7Disclaimer

  • The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness
  • We do not guarantee the quality or content of generated images
  • We are not liable for damages caused by interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Service
  • We are not liable for disputes between users or with third parties
  • We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, system failures, or other force majeure events

8Service Changes and Termination

The operator may change or terminate the Service without prior notice. Unused Banana Coins at the time of service termination will not be refunded.

9Changes to Terms

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. The updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Users will be notified through the Service of any significant changes.

10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
